From a Technical Workshop to Specialization in Feed Machinery

The story of Dor Gostar Sahel goes back to 1980 (1359 SH), when the Fard Brothers Technical Workshop began its work, designing, building, installing and commissioning the machinery needed by the livestock and poultry feed industry. In its early years, relying on technical experience and growing manufacturing capability, the workshop pioneered projects that are regarded as milestones of that era in Iran's feed machinery industry.

As this path continued, the company Dorkar was formed with the participation of the next generation of the family, and at the same time, in 1994, Dor Gostar Sahel began its activity with a specialized focus on aquatic feed machinery. Dor Gostar Sahel was independently registered in 2000 and continued its specialized development. Dorkar was sold in the 2010s.

What has continued along this path is not merely the name of a company or its track record, but the transfer of experience, technical knowledge and practical understanding of production processes from one generation to the next, knowledge shaped over the years by the real needs and challenges of the industry.

Pioneering Machinery and Production Lines Development

The company's technical experience in its early years went hand in hand with designing and building new equipment and production lines. Achievements of this period include:

1983Design and construction of the first complete poultry feed line using the mash method, for Khazar Amol Company
1984Design and construction of a pelleted poultry feed production line, in cooperation with a German company, for Filoosh Ghaemshahr Company
1984Construction of a crumbler machine for Filoosh Ghaemshahr Company
1995Specialized conversion of a livestock and poultry feed line into a pelleted aquatic feed line, for Abzi Ghaza Company in Varamin
1995Construction of the first dryer for an aquatic feed production line in Iran
2000Construction of the first dual-shaft paddle mixer in Iran

These achievements are part of a path along which experience in building equipment grew into a deeper understanding of production processes and the ability to design and execute specialized solutions for the feed industries.

International Collaboration

In the early 2000s, together with Sabahi Engineering Company, Dor Gostar Sahel began installing equipment and providing after-sales service for the Chinese company Muyang, and this cooperation continued until 2008. Muyang, now operating as FAMSUN, is one of the world's large companies in feed production machinery and equipment. Dor Gostar Sahel's cooperation with FAMSUN also continued between 2017 and 2020. This experience is part of the company's technical and operational foundation in feed production equipment and lines.

Continuous Presence at Industry Events

Taking part in specialized exhibitions is another part of the company's connection with the industry and its players. These include the international exhibition of 1988, the International Heavy Industry Exhibition of 1992, and the International Livestock and Poultry Exhibition in 2000 and 2019.

These appearances are in line with the company's professional activity and its engagement with developments in feed machinery and production.
